The 26-story mixed-use building in Mott Haven is by far the tallest structure in the vicinity. Union contractors and the @[549132971768363:274:New York City District Council of Carpenters] brought their impressive skills to the 310,000-square-foot project which will yield 277 residential units as well as a supermarket, a community health center, a cultural center, and a 30,000-square-foot educational facility for CUNY’s Hostos Community College.
