Union carpenters with the New York City District Council of Carpenters and BrandSafway Industries, LLC erected this impressive scaffolding system and protection around the smokestacks at the New York City Department of Sanitation at 4036 9th Ave. These smokestacks have been at this location for nearly a century and can now be safely demolished. #SafetyFirst
