The Millwright & Machinery Erectors Local Union 740 has been working on a great new project at the GenOn Bowline plant in West Haverstraw, NY. A $4 million rotor is the centerpiece of this work which will bring electricity to homes across New York. GenOn, one of the largest independent power producers, depends on the industry-leading skills of union contractor Atlantic Plant Maintenance and the New York City District Council of Carpenters.
