Christopher Pipa is CCA Metro’s Director of Research. He is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to help guide decision making and achieve CCA Metro’s goals, including increasing market share for union carpenters and contractors. Before joining CCA Metro, Chris worked for 17 years in the Research Department at SEIU 32BJ, the east coast building service workers union. He held several different positions including Deputy Director of the Department and was responsible for managing the work of researchers and designing and implementing a department wide training program.
