Union Carpentry Excellence Brings The Ellery to Life in Hell’s Kitchen

Construction on The Ellery at 312 West 43rd Street, located in the south end of Hell’s Kitchen in Midtown Manhattan, is nearing completion. Union contractors and carpenters with the New York City District Council of Carpenters have worked on this 33-story residential and retail building, which complements the character of the surrounding neighborhood. The union-built, 373,133-square-foot development will feature 330 rental units, two floors of retail space, and numerous amenities. The specialized skills and craftsmanship of union carpenters and contractors have been essential in meeting the stringent safety and quality standards required for this project.
