At 250 Vesey Street in Brookfield Place, union contractors and carpenters with the New York City District Council of Carpenters are building the workplace for Jane Street. The global trading firm signed a long-term lease expansion in 2025 that will bring its footprint in the building to nearly 1 million square feet, reinforcing its commitment to Lower Manhattan.
Jane Street’s New York office is its first and largest, with spaces designed for both focused work and collaboration. The workplace includes a library and classroom, along with spaces for dining and recreation.
