The modernization of Morgan Stanley’s global headquarters continues at 1585 Broadway in Times Square. With Structure Tone serving as general contractor, union contractors and carpenters with the New York City District Council of Carpenters are performing renovation work across multiple floors of the 1.3-million-square-foot office tower.
The work spans a wide range of interior trades, including architectural millwork, flooring, interior systems and specialty installations. More than 30 union contractors are currently associated with the project, reflecting the scale and coordination involved in modernizing a major corporate headquarters.
